Location

The Princess D’Annam Resort is located at Ke Ga Bay. Ke Ga is South of Phan Thiet, and can be reached by car from Phan Thiet in thirty minutes. From Ho Chi Minh City it is 4 hours drive or 180 km from north of Ho Chi Minh city. The resort's majestic architecture is the work of award winning architect Tan Hock Beng, which features a village-style layout and patterned walls that reveal a spectacular view of the ocean. Complementing its charming, post-colonial ambiance and tranquil surroundings is the sweet scents of the Ginger Garden, designed by Alan W.Carle who is well-known for his work in the Singapore Botanical Gardens.

Highlights

The four hectare oceanfront property South of a headland overlooks a small island with a French lighthouse. The resort’s soft opening is announced for the 1st of June 2008 and the grand opening for September 15th, tentatively. The first all-villa luxury boutique resort in Vietnam was designed to mix modernist sensibility and post-colonial ambience. It comprises a total of 57 villas. Of these are 36 so called Mandarin Villas, 18 Princess Villas and three Empress Villas. The units are situated around a 225 square meter main pool with pool-side bar in the heart of the resort. Further, there is a huge beachfront pool and six smaller pools of 85 square meters in addition to the pools within the private villa premises themselves.
