Belonging to the renowned Vinh Hung Hotel Group, Vinh Hung 1 Hotel is one of the most popular hotels in Hoian. One of its rooms had been used as the dressing room for Michael Caine during the filming of “The Quiet American”. It was originally a Chinese merchant’s home, an entirely wooden house with more than a century history. Vinh Hung 1 is the only hotel in Hoian that boasts Chinese-traditional-style furnishings. It also boasts one of most well preferred restaurants in town, the Vinh Hung Restaurant, which offers authentic Hoian specialties. This is also a reliable address for taking a cooking course.
